The staff at the store were super helpful and eager in getting our luggage set up. However, it would be helpful if Bounce had communication with the store - the employees weren’t aware this service existed at the store. They were quick to help and expertly handled the storage regardless, but the manager wasn’t even aware this service existed at their store.
They were very polite and thorough. Easy to drop off and pick up and the luggage was clearly tagged and stored for us.
Super easy and convenient way to store our luggage while we waited our lodging to be ready!
